This RP46074 Replacement Cartridge is designed for use with Multi-Choice Universal Valves from 2016 to the present, including rough-in models R10000, R1100, R1800, R2200, and others. It is suitable for single-handle, temperature-controlled hot and cold water applications in the 13/14 Series. (It is not compatible with the 1300/1400 Series valves from 1993-2007.)

To ensure you select the correct cartridge, please confirm the style of your shower rough-in. If you are unsure of the year of your faucet, you can remove the old cartridge to check. As a reference, if the old cartridge has a gray cap and a longer leg of approximately 0.78 inches, the RP46074 valve cartridge is the right choice.

Adjusting Temperature: 1. Pull the disc back to a position that allows you to remove the Rotational Limit Stop. 2. Re-adjust the teeth engagement position to the required temperature. 3. Clockwise rotation will decrease the outlet temperature, while counterclockwise rotation will increase the outlet temperature. 4. Depending on the inlet water conditions, each tooth (notch) may vary in temperature from 4°F to 16°F. 5. Repeat the adjustment as needed, then push the disc until it is completely seated.
